Feedback from our latest campaign to recruit patients for our Patient Participation Group (PPG) has shown that patients would like to be involved but often do not have time to attend the Surgery for meetings. In response to this Sunnyside will also form a ‘virtual group’ where members are contacted from time to time by email asking them to complete a survey or give their opinion about on a topic, such as extended opening hours or services offered at the surgery.
We would like a group that is representative of all our patients; patients from all age groups, parents, carers, patients with disabilities, and patients from ethnic backgrounds.
If you would like to become a member of Sunnyside's Patient Patient Group (PPG)or Virtual Group (VPG), where all contact is via email, please go to the 'Patient Group Sign up' tab and complete the form, or give your name and email address at reception.
